I've been in the Industry for over 12 years so it's safe to say that I've seen some pretty significant changes not only to rates but also lender guidelines. I am also a Certified Mortgage Planner which means that I am equipped to help you gain a greater understanding and comfort level with the purchase of a new home or assist you with financing options when the time comes to refinance.
